when doing offers and surveys,putting in any kind of fake info (including a fake phone number) is considered fraud and can get your account banned
you need to fill in valid information in the form for your account get retained in cashcrate, so don't fill in false info,Also, they probably won't accept that because the area code doesn't match up with your location.

Mostly everything you sign up for these days (GPT website) require a phone number. It's not a big deal and I have never gotten any calls to my house from CashCrate.
